Interview
Initial interview process was easy to schedule. I was sent the recruiter schedule and chose a time that suited me. A few hours before the time, the recruiter contacted me to reschedule for a conflict, but again that was easy to manage. The interview itself was relatively straightforward expectation setting conversations. Didn't delve too deeply into my past. Was disappointed when promised follow up within a couple of days I was ghosted. A thanks but no thanks would have been far preferable to silence.
