A very long interview process where I interviewed with at least 10 people over 5 hours. A few 1:1 interviews but mostly group interviews of 2-3 employees. Some were not directly related to my role. The company paid for my lunch though.
Concluded with a 1:1 interview with the interviewing manager, who immediately offered me the position. I accepted without negotiating.

Interview
Two days after I'd applied online through the official website of this company, I received a call from Maxwell's HR team, offering a temporary position. Then I had several 30-minutes phone interviews, where I was asked to describe my common duties I had on my previous position and also I had to answer some very specific technical questions regarding MS Excel formulas and functions and regarding programming in bash and Java, after that, in about a week they decided that I would be a good fit for them.

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Maxwell Health (Boston, MA) in May 2015
Interview
This was a long process in which I interviewed with over 12 different people over the span of five hours (and the company bought me lunch) and concluded with an offer. It was definitely exhausting, but since it is a start-up and therefore a smaller company, it is crucial to determine whether a candidate is a good fit in both skill and personality. I would definitely say the interview process was worth it, and I have seen great results from it as an employee. If you don't know why you want to work at Maxwell, it will definitely show.
