I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Maxwell Health in Oct 2018
Interview
Had a 30 minute phone call with the director of engineering. He did not ask me ANY questions about what I currently do, have done in the past, or take interest in - except for why I would want to leave my current position. He spent most of the time talking instead of listening. He gave me a short 'code exercise' with vague requirements and barely had any input when I asked for specifics. It seriously felt like a trick question. I wrote just a few lines to prove I could write something (I assumed that's what he was looking for). He later determined I was 'not a good fit'.

Thank you for providing feedback. I am concerned to hear your experience was not positive. The first step in the interview process is a technical coding exercise. The exercise is fairly open ended for us to assess fit. We are constantly working on refining our process and feedback helps us get better. Sincerely, Kathy Breslin VP HR
