There was a phone interview and two in person interviews. Most of the questions were behavioral questions focused on teamwork, customer experience, conflicts and such. Using the SHARE model or STAR model of answering is the way to go. The panel was made up 4 team members including the hiring manager. For the second interview, there was a panel of 3 including the hiring manager. They were very nice, would give you some time to think on your answers. Very understanding.
