      Communications Interview

      Application

      I interviewed at Mayo Clinic

      Interview

The recruiter called and asked me a few questions. She then proceeded to tell me that the position was only 30 hours so it was hourly and would not qualify for benefits. None of that was mentioned in the job posting. She then said another interview would be set up next week, but then I get an email a few days later saying they're no longer interested. Very shady experience and definitely will not be applying to any more of their positions. And it's ridiculous that a healthcare organization is skimping out on healthcare for their own employees.

      Question 1

Am I ok with not getting benefits since it's only 30 hours a week?
