The interview is usually set up with 3 people (panel), and they take turn asking you behavioral questions, along with standard questions to see if you have skills that fit the job description.

Mayo sometimes has hiring events for specific positions. You must apply on their career website and be invited to the hiring event. Bring resumes and be prepared to interview with multiple hiring managers.

Video on demand then zoom interview! The video on demand allows you take up to three attempts. The zoom meeting will have the hiring manager and team leads. They asked about 5 questions

Interview was quick and easy. It was a panel interview with several supervisors and departments. The interview was in person and lasted about thirty minutes. I heard back from them within two days.
