Overall the process moved really fast at first. Recruiter contacted me 2 days after submitting my application and interview was scheduled for a week later. Recruiter reached out 2 hours later after that first interview to invite me to the second/ final on site interview. The interview was with 2 different sets of people, the PM and their manager, and then a few other people in the office. They gave me a tour as well. Recruiter reached out 2 days later to ask for references. Two weeks later and haven’t heard back and follow up email was ignored. Great communication at the start, but ghosted in the end.
