Applied for the job and got called in for an interview about a week later. First I spoke to someone from HR and she asked me basic HR questions about leadership and what I've done when I made a mistake. Then the Engineers came in and explained the company structure and asked about my resume. Very casual and free flowing, everyone was very respectful and kind. After the HR rep came back in and went over company benefits, then they gave me a tour of the office.
