I went to McAlisters one day with my family for lunch, and I saw a sign that they were hiring. I asked the manager for an application, and he interviewed me right there on the spot. After the interview he also hired me on the spot, and the interview really only lasted maybe 5-10 minutes. After that I started the next week.

really laid back interview, often low staffed so it didn't take much to get the job. They were pretty baseline situational questions and the interviewer was really nice and understood the nervousness.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at McAlister's (Oklahoma City, OK)
Interview
My interview was supposed to start at 3:30, but they were busy and only had 3 people working so it didn't start until 4:12. The manager jumped in to help employees. I was basically just informed about the company and their expectations. We had a normal conversation. It didn't feel like a interview. I was hired on the spot. I was able to start working in 2 days. The managers and employees were friendly.
