it was pretty easy and quick, he didn’t ask to many questions, just simple enough that it wouldn’t be so hard to answer. once i answered everything , he offered me the job right after!

The interview process was super quick and easy. I was asked about my previous work experience and why I wanted to work there. We talked a little and then I was offered the job. The McAlister's manager was super nice!

They had application material online. The application was very simple and mostly just about scheduling a time. We then met soon after in person at the location to have the interview in their dining room.
the interview process was very easy. I sat down with the general manager and he asked me a few questions and was very easy to talk to. The interview was really short and i was hired on the spot.
