Interview
They came to a career fair that was held at my university. Once I spoke with them at their booth I set up an interview time. From there I spent about an hour the next day with a regional director. He was friendly and not intimidating. Asked very relevant questions. After that he sent me an assessment test that categorizes your logic/reasoning skills and your personality. A week later I got an another email saying that I needed to interview with one other person. I went to that interview and spent about an hour and a half discussing my test results and what I wanted to grow into as a member of their team. The next day I received an email stating that they were offering me a position. I am still currently trying to get together with them to finish the paper work.

As a manager that will be younger than some of the employees and customers how will you deal with the a complaint or a problem?
This was the most unusual interview I've ever experienced. From the moment we met, it seemed the interviewer had no intention of conducting a proper interview. He didn’t ask any meaningful questions regarding my experience or expertise; instead, he dominated the conversation with tales of his personal life and company-sponsored escapades. His lack of professionalism was evident, especially when he made comments like, "Black don't crack," during our discussion.

Interview
My initial conversation was with Logan and I thought it went really well…. Not as many hoops and I talked to an actual person which was refreshing … I now know exactly what the job entails, expectations…. It was nice to explain my vast experience instead watching die on the vine.

The questions were too many to go over as we had a 46 minute conversation which both of us were asking multiple questions, scenarios and expectations…. It was a conversation not an interrogation

It was easy and they were friendly. Was interviewed by the store manager and the regional manager. And offered a job on the spot. It was a typical interview. And I really don’t know what else to say for your 30 word minimum.
