It was fun and calm. not too much to worry about. went in smiling and left smiling. was excited to start the job. they seemed all very welcoming. she seemed nervous too which made me comfortable and I asked questions too.

The interview process was super quick and easy. I was asked about my previous work experience and why I wanted to work there. We talked a little and then I was offered the job. The McAlister's manager was super nice!

They had application material online. The application was very simple and mostly just about scheduling a time. We then met soon after in person at the location to have the interview in their dining room.
