It was a three job interview process, first the two salary mangers, then if they like you, the gm interviews you. You've pretty much got it if you make it that far. It's yours to lose then.
The interview process was super quick and easy. I was asked about my previous work experience and why I wanted to work there. We talked a little and then I was offered the job. The McAlister's manager was super nice!
