I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at McAlister's (Temple, TX) in Jul 2015
Interview
Very easy and relaxed...manager took me to a table far away from customers and asked me a series of questions ranging from what I am involved in at school to what i plan to accomplish with the company...the interview took about 20 minutes and the manager asked me to come back for a second interview immediately after we were done...very easy and great experience.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at McAlister's (Spring Hill, TN) in Mar 2015
Interview
The interview process was simple for both my first and second jobs with the company. Both asked relatively simple questions about yourself and what you want to accomplish with the job you've applied for. They ask when you can start and you're availability. The interview is almost like doing the application all over again in person.
