Manager sat down with me over 3 different interviews to get to know me and see if I was a good fit.The first interview is generally conducted by an Assistant Manager. The second interview should be done by the next Assistant Manager. If you have made it that far most likely the General Manager is supposed to sit down with you but that rarely happens.
