Vey short and straightforward, basically asked me if i knew what the job consisted of followed by a few questions based on my character. After they just told me about wage and starting date
Online questionnaire, phone call, trial in restaurant the offered job. All very very straightfoward and simple. Didn't require any prep or prior knowledge really. Trial in shop did need to be attentive to customers.
it was good initially however i completed an interview then never heard anything back which was frustrating as the initial form is very time consuming and slow. also the website is hard to navigate
