You would just say you filled out an online application and they would get the manager to speak to you. They asked me about my customer service skills and strengths and weaknesses. Telling more about myself. Where I go to school and going into detail about my previous work experience. I had to fill out an online application on Mchire.com. You go over questions that are straightforward.

Interview was straight forward. They asked a few basic interview questions regarding work experience, personality questions, situational questions, as well as preferred schedules. Overall an easy interview that should not require much preparation.
This was a very simple interview! It included some basic questions about my availability, experience, skill. The interviewer was nice and courteous. It was one phase, and I left knowing I’d gotten the job.
