Very casual and easy. Supervisor asks about your hours and availability. Easy conversation and talked about previous experience working in hospitality and restaurants. Asked about my start date and they needed someone to start asap

Super easy, they just asked surface level questions and asked for my availability. They quickly followed up with my training shift through email afterwards. This may have been because it was busy at the time of my interview.
