I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at McDonald's (Palermo) in Sep 2025
Interview
Compilato un foglio con le mie credenziali e poi mi hanno fatto entrare per fare il colloquio, il primo e il secondo si sono svolti ad un giorno di distanza e non mi hanno più contattata
Great very thoughtful and informative and helpful and intentional process from top down and everyone involved. Truly professional and supportive staff all around. Decent pay, flexible hours and seems like a good place to work
they asked questions like what is your name, where are you from what is your experience and stuff like that. nothing special just normal questions about the job at mcdonalds
It was an easy interview. The guy asked me my name, aspirations at mc donalds and also we talked a little about pay and other opportunities to move on up in the store.
