Interview process was an enjoyable and one I would describe as fair. I was asked about my background, time I was a part of a team & faced a challenge, and how I dealt with it, and my relevant experience.
4 step process, lots of scenario based questions. Very informal but was told that I’d be offered the job at the end of the interview. It was straight forward and they put me at ease
Quite short and simple, one on one interview and a few questions about traits and how you have handled particular experiences in the past e.g. how you would handle different types of customers
