I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at McDonald's (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2021
Interview
The interview process was simple, mainly asked about prior job experience, availability, and work ethic. Asked a couple behavioral questions (ex: what would you do if we were short staff) (how do you handle working under pressure). Overall, very good experience, hiring manager was very kind.
Easy wasn’t hard, was just over the phone. Quick questions and explained the role well. Easy if you just need a job to get by not long term career goal.
interview was fine. asked basic questions manager was kind and staff. i felt like they brought me in just to interview someone and were not interested in actually hiring me
Fine. Asked several questions which I the answered. They asked questions about previous roles and how I thought I'd deal with difficult customers here. They also asked about my previous experience with food hygiene
