Straight forward, interviewed in store, friendly hiring manager. Very open ended and lead to good conversation. Store was easy to find and parking was available. I would recommend choosing a non peak hour, preferably morning or afternoon.

It was quick and simple. The manager was friendly enough. He asked some questions, I answered them, and I got an offer within a few days. The interview happened in the building.
