It was great. Explained the entire process clearly to me. They brought senior managers in to meet with me and it was a clear, concise process. This was several years ago, but all of the operators have been impressive.

They mainly focused on my previous retail experience, leadership style, and how I handle scheduling or customer service issues. The entire process took about a week, and communication was clear throughout.
