very casual. lax. dress code was casual. fast and prompt. you pretty much get the job on the spot if you pass the interview. it was a group interview. managers were nice

It was quite straightforward, looking through your CV with you and giving you a comprehensive view of what McDonald's is like and the inner workings of it. You are on a 28 day probation so be mindful of that.
