Group interview first which can be quite daunting, then a solo interview with the store manager. You'll be asked about your personality and confidence, how you deal with conflict, etc. very basic things. You may be shown around the store where you'll meet other crew members and have a short trial, around 10 mins for trial and 40 overall.

After applying through their system, in-person interview. It was very easy and casual. (2024, Dublin) Some questions about food safety and hospitality but it's also easy and simple questions. I did an interview in the dinning area, the second floor of the shop.

Question 1
What is the most important for you working here? (hygiene, customer services etc)
Honestly, good servce but poor management, supervisor know nothing, all blaming on us, but colleagues are fair, nice working environments. Still like that place. Working loads are fair, normally 8 hours/day, but always suffered when facing hard deal customers.
I applied online. I interviewed at McDonald's (Airway Heights, WA) in Jul 2026
Interview
I saw a few positions open on indeed, did a quick screening, a few days later i came in, went to the front desk and asked for an interview, I was pointed to a table near the counter and a few minutes later a lady came over with a clipboard, it was a pretty positive experience, even if I don't get the job.
