I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at McDonald's (Porto, Oporto) in Jul 2024
Interview
Too long. Multo based scenarios that had no dpeh or real life expeeiences. The role playing did not help and interviewer interupted alot. Too may questions and not guided through the process.
Really chill process overall. I applied online, then was invited to one interview. It was relaxed, mostly basic questions about availability, teamwork, and customer service. I got the offer shortly after.
