Overall simple and fair. Prepared to talk about my previous experiences working with a team and leading others and did very well through just that. Very kind and genuine interviewer.

Question 1
Say you overhear a guest being unsatisfied with their meal while you're cleaning the table next to them. What do you do?
After applying through their system, in-person interview. It was very easy and casual. (2024, Dublin) Some questions about food safety and hospitality but it's also easy and simple questions. I did an interview in the dinning area, the second floor of the shop.

What is the most important for you working here? (hygiene, customer services etc)
Honestly, good servce but poor management, supervisor know nothing, all blaming on us, but colleagues are fair, nice working environments. Still like that place. Working loads are fair, normally 8 hours/day, but always suffered when facing hard deal customers.
A group interview with around 8 people where we were asked to just introduce ourselves and have a conversation with each other while the hiring manager was watching. They hired around half of us.
