Tras aplicar en B4work tardaron menos de una semana en llamarme. La entrevista es sencilla de pasarla siempre y cuando cuides el aspecto y vean que eres responsable y trabajador.

Cuéntenos sobre usted y cual es su motivación para formar parte del equipo.
He revisado su CV. Pone que ha estado en mantenimiento. ¿Cierto? Pues mire, ya que me ha hablado de mantenimiento y como era su trabajo antes de caer en situación de desempleo, sí no le importa voy a dar traslado internamente de ésto ya que así podremos ofrecerle una posición que más se ajuste a sus necesidades y preferencias.
The interview process for a McDonald’s Crew Member position was straightforward, friendly, and focused on basic customer service and teamwork skills. The Hiring Manager asked simple questions about availability, previous experience, reliability, and handling customer interactions. The interview was welcoming, entry-level, and designed to assess attitude and willingness to learn.

What experience do you have working in a team environment?
Interview was prompt and easily set up. Staff was busy and had to cut interview short. Hiring Manager was professional. Really enjoyed that they showed up unlike Taco Bells hiring Manager that was not there for the auto interview.
Questions were simple and based on your own personality. They want to know what you are like and if you can adapt to a fast paced environment. It is a two staged process and you may be required to do a trial shift.
