I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at McDonald's (Liverpool, England) in Feb 2026
Interview
Poor they wasn’t interested in my skills at all they were more worried if I liked to eat burgers instead of flipping them the lady who took the interview was actually ordering herself food at the counter when I arrived
Other Customer Service Interview Reviews for McDonald's
Video interview with manager who was fairly friendly. Interview was fairly basic customer service questions such as what is an example of good teamwork and why macdonalds. I didn't get an offer as I couldn't work the timings of the shifts that they offered
It wasn’t that good they were rude and not that supportive i would reccomenf applying somewhere else because the london branch is very stressful and they require a lot of experience
