The hiring process was easy and clear. I first had a phone interview with simple questions, then an in person interview with a manager. They let me know the decision right away. After that, I completed a paid orientation and trained for two weeks. The work environment was clean, friendly, and well organized

What experience do you have working in a team environment?
Questions were simple and based on your own personality. They want to know what you are like and if you can adapt to a fast paced environment. It is a two staged process and you may be required to do a trial shift.
A group interview setting. Very casual, and involved discussing things in a group. You partake in icebreakers, and some roleplay relevant to the workplace. They take note of who is speaking the most confidently and leading tasks.
