The interview process for a McDonald’s Crew Member position was straightforward, friendly, and focused on basic customer service and teamwork skills. A group interview setting. Very casual, and involved discussing things in a group. You partake in icebreakers, and some roleplay relevant to the workplace. They take note of who is speaking the most confidently and leading tasks.

"Tell me about a time you worked in a group and someone didn't cooperate. How did you handle it?"
Very easy- mainly ask about availability and hours you are willing to work. Also ask about previous jobs/ experience if any. I would say that it was one of the easiest interviews I have ever had.
