I applied online. I interviewed at McDonald's (Destin, FL) in Jan 2015
Interview
There was no interview process other than them asking me if I had a pulse and if I knew where to buy weed. I told him that my cousin Jamal may be able to hook him up, but he then found out that the Jamal I was talking about was a dude who wanted to kill him for messing wit his girl and then he told me just to get to work.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Like I said, there was no interview process other than him trying to buy weed
Just simple questions about behaviors and expereinces about other jobs that you have worked. Was very standard of the road job interview. Make sure to know what they like for cook and custmer experiences
Not too shabby
Flipped the patties and put the fries in the bag
Interviewer was nice
And the kitchen smelt good
Also found some free food left on seat after interview made me decide on working here
It was a good interview where they just asked about my previous experiences and didn't dive deep into much. I would recommend just practicing how to tell a story as communication is pretty important to this process.
