In my perspective, most of my interviews came out to be very deceptive. Most of the questions were tricky , and some were not related to managerial skills. Firstly, the first interview was mostly about customer service and time management skills. I was asked about my previous experience dealing with customers in many situations. Several of the questions were based off the history of the fast food chain, but some were about experience in previous jobs. 1:1 interview at restaurant Second interview requires me to demonstrate some situations of customer service and honesty in the restaurant. It was a group interview this time, at the restaurant where i was applying for. The interviewer asked me about my personal goals, and if I was looking forward to be working part time or full time. The last interview was kinda difficult, but I went through it at least.
