Interview
The general manager and assistant manager and supervisor were part of the 3 step hiring process.
they all asked pretty much the same questions just to get a feel of how compatible I would be with the other members.
I know how busy you fast food get so instead of waiting for them to call me on whether I'm hired or how the interview was going.
I called them every single day being persistent about wanting to work there. By day three or four I was accepted.
Did not hear back from them even though they said they would respond with a decision after 2 weeks. Not sure when I will hear back but I expected the courtesy of telling me how I did and feedback
Met 1:1 with Manager. They asked me about my experience working with customers, supervising other employees, how I handle stress. Overall good experience. They also asked me about how I organize and if i had experience working with food and sanitation.
