Interview
The process was quick and handled with multiple applicants at once. This was 2015. The process was straight foward with few questions. We then set up a second "interview", which really consisted of one last question and exchanging of information.

Are you legally able to work and can provide certification as a minor?
The interview consists of a few Basic questions to test your understanding of customer service. Very relaxed approach to hiring and you typically hear back very quickly(within a few days )
Phone call. Then in person interview, if it goes well they'll do a background check. Very streamlined process, it isn't difficult. They mostly care about what hours you are free.

Very simple questions, about school, personality etc. Then we went straight to discussing availability and it was as easy as that. They aren't looking for much so you don't need to do much.
