I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at McDonald's (Middlesbrough, England) in Jan 2017
Interview
Quick and down to the point interview I really enjoyed this interview as it didn't feel pressuring in any way. The staff and the interviewer where very friendly and easy to get along with.
The process was average, I applied online and within 5 days the recruiter reached out. We had a 30 min conversation about my background and the companies' culture. A week later I met with a few members of the leadership team. That meeting lasted 45 min.
