I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at McDonald's (Sydney) in Jun 2018
Interview
Very quick and easy, was hired basically on the spot, manager was nice, had to wait about a week after applying online to attend the interview but once the interview happened he basically told me I’ve got the job and then half an hour later I received an email confirming it. Training when you start is great because you are assigned a crew trainer to ask all your questions to and go for help. Overall, the interview was a very positive experience.
Good interview process, quick start after. It was good when i was in college as i couldnt really wait around for other places and jobs to come my way. It is also possible to do morning shofts making it easier to do ither things in the afternoon
The interview was a very easy process. The interview was quick and efficient. The interviewer asked relevant questions for someone with little to no experience. They asked situational questions and personality questions
