I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at McDonald's (Westwood, MA) in Apr 2013
Interview
The interview process was a little tough. The interviewers were two HR reps that didn't know anything about the actual position. Most of the questions were what you would expect in an interview with just a little awkward wording to test your critical thinking. I was left a voice-mail after the interview asking me to come in for a second interview but when I returned the call the HR rep said he had made a mistake and called the wrong person... he meant to call someone else that had the exact same first and last name.... needless to say I was disappointed with the process overall.

Question 1
Why should we hire you over someone who has the exact same skills, experience, and education?
The interview process was quite simple. Not many questions asked and was able to get in and out in less than five minutes. The person who ran the interview was quite nice.

They asked about my past experiences working with fast food brands.
Very good they cared deeply about passion and hard work, very welcoming environment where hard work and effort is recognized. CEOs are very supportive and give good direction overall and really supported throughout.
I checked my information first, asked for the brp share code and NI number , and then asked why I wanted to join McDonald's (I am talking about McDonald's in different countries, all the staff are friendly and fast, and I also want to be a part of it.)
