Very Informal low key, hiring manager called to setup appointment, came in had the interview. The interview was about 15 minutes, got a call back later that day with an offer.
Applied and phone call then went in person and it was done in thirty minutes. They just asked questions about my job before and what I would do there and if I could work on weekends.

Pretty Easy. I put in an application and was called right away. The person I talked to asked questions about my customer service experience in the food industry and how I would do it in a fast-paced environment.
