I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at McDonald's (Minneapolis, MN) in Feb 2018
Interview
Interview was prompt and well-paced. No superfluous questions. Hiring manager was kind but seemed rather overwhelmed. Staff was courteous when interacted with. I did not feel as though the store management lacked professionalism or competence; however, drive and ambition seemed rather lacking. Staff did seem hardworking and motivated, however.
