Very thorough, fairly transparent, met a lot of people, and they worked very hard to get a final interview with a high-level executive, despite his very rough travel schedule. The fact that they made that happen was really above and beyond. I met with 8 people on the day-long interview, and each gave me their pros and cons, which was very helpful. Not one of them had a major "red flag" issue, and had generally very positive comments about the people, the culture, and the working environment.
