The interview process was conducted one-on-one in an open space, with no need for a follow-up session. The organization opted to skip the initial phone screening, instead requesting my availability for an in-person meeting. During the interview, the queries were centered around my schedule, proficiency, and interpersonal skills regarding customer service.
Standard interview questions with a manager about what you’d expect from the role and position given what it is. Things like greatest strength experience etc. no surprises here. Asked about any prior customer service experience
