Very relaxed, casual. The hiring manager sent me down in the restaurant, and we started with some basic opening remarks. Then we went on to answer some of the questions they asked about my competency when handling customer conflicts, as well as how I will function in a high pace environment.
Good interview process, quick start after. It was good when i was in college as i couldnt really wait around for other places and jobs to come my way. It is also possible to do morning shofts making it easier to do ither things in the afternoon
