I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at McDonald's (McDonalds Creek) in Jan 2024
Interview
Very nice but of course they are impatient, if you don't have a criminal record consider yourself more then enough qualified. Further more, the boss I talked to was pretty inexperienced and young but he geniunely seemed like a good fella, so all the best to that legend and yeah the interview process was just good overall
The process was average, I applied online and within 5 days the recruiter reached out. We had a 30 min conversation about my background and the companies' culture. A week later I met with a few members of the leadership team. That meeting lasted 45 min.
