Talked with the manager of the store for a bit and he asked some basic questions. I answered them all to the best of my ability. And then I ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal to go and ate it in my car.

Applied and phone call then went in person and it was done in thirty minutes. They just asked questions about my job before and what I would do there and if I could work on weekends.

The interview process was pretty straight-forward and conversational. They asked about my previous experience and why I wanted to work there and basic behavioural questions about customer service and handling complaints

Describe a conflict between crew members you mediated. How did you keep the shift running?
Pretty Easy. I put in an application and was called right away. The person I talked to asked questions about my customer service experience in the food industry and how I would do it in a fast-paced environment.
