The interview process consists of several structured stages designed to assess the candidate's qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. It typically begins with an initial screening, either via phone or video call, conducted by a recruiter or HR representative. Qualified candidates are then invited to a first-round interview, which may involve behavioral and competency-based questions. Depending on the role, a second-round interview may follow, focusing on technical skills or problem-solving tasks. In some cases, candidates may also participate in a panel interview or a practical assessment. Throughout the process, candidates are evaluated not only on their professional background but also on their communication skills and alignment with the organization's values.

Can you tell me about a time when you faced a challenge at work and how you handled it?
Ask about your cv, experience and your character. Overall a pretty good experience to know each other and learn more about the company. I would very much recommend this job and apply to this company.
Initial phone screen call followed by hiring manager interview. All went well at first, until recruiter completely ghosted me. Followed up a few times and never received a response until, months later, a form email regretfully declining to move forward. Then another identical email a week later. Completely unprofessional behavior.
