Primeiro preenche uma ficha. Ficava em grupo. Reunaio O candidato envia o currículo para a vaga desejada. A equipe de RH faz a triagem dos perfis. O candidato é chamado para entrevista inicial, podendo realizar testes técnicos ou comportamentais. Após avaliação, participa de entrevistas com gestores. Se aprovado, recebe proposta, entrega documentos, assina contrato e passa por integração antes de iniciar oficialmente suas atividades na empresa.
Ask about your cv, experience and your character. Overall a pretty good experience to know each other and learn more about the company. I would very much recommend this job and apply to this company.
Initial phone screen call followed by hiring manager interview. All went well at first, until recruiter completely ghosted me. Followed up a few times and never received a response until, months later, a form email regretfully declining to move forward. Then another identical email a week later. Completely unprofessional behavior.
