The interview process at McDonald’s was friendly, well organised, and welcoming. The interviewer explained the role clearly, asked fair questions, and made me feel comfortable and valued throughout the experience.
The interview process was a bit difficult.They ask questions about yourself and usually if you’re billingual.They ask you questions about yourself schedule if you can commit to night times and morning times such as 5 am for morning , 10 pm for nights.And before you get an interview you need to apply online.
Straight forward. Many questions about the handling and preparation of food. Also questions regarding customer complaints and service. The overall process was thorough yet not demanding. They also went over how important team work and an efficient kitchen should run and maintained.
