Too many cooks. You go through exhaustive pre-screening and testing. You meet the main folks that determine your faith and finally, you pass! Then you meet people who are not HR professionals that are judging you with all the insecurities of the average hater. It should be outlawed. It's unfair, uncomfortable and highly prejudicial. Besides that, word on the street is that the environment is unhealthy just because it hires those types of mentality.
