The interview process was relatively simple. I interviewed with a partner one-on-one first and then my callback interview was with the entire practice group. It was nice to meet all of the attorneys who I would be working with if I got the position.

You are first taken into a room with a non-attorney staff member to wait and make small talk. You are then taken into a conference room with about 10 attorneys (I believe all or most of them were partners) for the actual interview. Having that many sets of eyes on you in an interview was intimidating.
